We operate our own fleet of up-to-date electric vehicles which provide delivery services within the M25 and the home counties. To find out more, please check our delivery information page.
If you are within our delivery area, we aim to deliver your order within 48 hours. It should be noted that items that are not specified or listed may take longer to be delivered than the estimated time.
We do not charge delivery fee for orders placed within the M25 and on orders above £150.
The minimum order value is £50.
Although our drivers do not usually contact customers ahead of a delivery – if you need a delivery to be preceded by a phone call, it can be arranged by speaking to your account manager when you place the order.
You can place an order by first registering through our website and then making a purchase using our online shop.
Once your online registration is complete, everything will be set up and ready to operate.
If there are any products that you require that we do not have in stock, please let us know and we will do our best to provide it for you.
We accept payment by credit cards, debit cards, American Express, PayPal, bank transfer,and via our online payment portal.
You must inform us of any faulty or damaged items within fourteen days of receiving them and the items must be returned unused to be exchanged.
We take every measure necessary to guarantee that your order arrives in perfect condition. If any of the products you receive are damaged, please let us know on the same day of delivery so we can handle it according to our returns policy.
